The paperback hasn’t quite had time to link up with the kindle version, but both are now available.

If you’ve already own the Kindle version and want to see the new, you are unfortunately going to have to contact Amazon and ask for it to be updated.

  1. Woot! Do you know if the update will auto synchronize since I've already purchased it? It won't let me pull up the table of contents on my web reader to see if the ToC changed at all.
